Tegenwoordig heeft vrijwel iedereen een digitale fotocamera en een computer. Ieder ook in het bezit van een andere camera. Zo zal de één zijn compactcamera gebruiken voor de vakantiefoto's op de automatische stand en de ander zal zich al verder verdiept hebben in de werking van bv. een spiegelreflexcamera.

Belangrijk is dat u kunt werken met uw eigen camera en kunt toepassen voor doeleinden waarvoor u de camera wilt gebruiken.

De basiscursus digitale fotografie heeft dan ook voor ieder wat wils. Door anders naar beeld en compositie te kijken en handige instellingen op uw camera uit te proberen krijgt u al een verrassend goed resultaat. Het maakt dan ook niet uit of u een compactcamera of een spiegelreflexcamera gebruikt.

In de cursus komt ook fotoverwerking aan bod. Het doel is om u kennis te laten maken met verschillende mogelijkheden. Veel mensen hebben hun foto's op de computer staan en doen er verder niet veel mee. Misschien wilt u een mooi album samenstellen en via internet bestellen, bent u op zoek naar een bijzondere manier om uw foto aan de wand te hangen of wilt u kennismaken met een grafisch programma voor fotobewerking. De cursus probeert u op ideeën te brengen en basisvaardigheden eigen te maken zodat u zelf verder kunt.

De cursus bestaat uit 6 bijeenkomsten van 2 tot 2,5 uur per bijeenkomst. U krijgt na iedere bijeenkomst een opdracht om te oefenen en we gaan ook een keer "te veld" om samen te fotograferen.
